Hana
I started my career as a graphic designer after receiving a degree in graphic design from the Technion in Israel. Over the years I have found that my passion for art transcends career goals, and began painting for my personal enjoyment. My artwork features mainly realistic close ups in bright colors with an emphasis on contrast, but is by no means limited to a particular discipline. I am constantly seeking new means of creativity and I have attended dozens of art classes at De Anza and Foothill College.

My passion for art stems from the unbounded ability it provides us to explore our imagination and express our emotions. With a stroke of a brush, you can open a world of ideas and feelings, and create a thing of beauty which is yours forever. I find great joy in sharing this passion and I have been teaching for the past eight years.

I have students whose ages range form five to sixty. Free to let their minds roam, adults and children alike never cease to amaze me with their creative abilities, taking full advantage of the fact that there no right or wrong in art. My classes explore multiple facets of artistic expression including but not limited to computer graphics, acrylic painting, oil painting, and paper mache.

Once a year we share our work with the community. This has become a joyful social tradition for all to enjoy.
